For	Event Manager Project
Purpose	Provides the ability to run a basic pre-termination script just before shutting down a project. Executes the em_pre_term.bcl script and then waits for other scripts to stop or terminate before executing the em_term script. NOTE: User must create the em_pre_term.bcl script and store it in the Projects folder: <localhost>/Program Files (x86)/Proficy/Proficy CIMPLICITY/projects
