About Machine Edition Integration with CIMPLICITY

You can view the live point data for a running Machine Edition project through any of the following CIMPLICITY tools.

Point Control Panel.
CimView/CimEdit
Basic scripting (to set points)
Enterprise server (for points only)
Point data logging.

For example, the CIMPLICITY Point Control Panel may display the following data.


A	CIMPLICITY points that access Machine Edition variables.
B	CIMPLICITY points for the CIMPLICITY project.
C	Machine Edition variables.
