Program Details

  • 2-year program: 3 rotations (eight months each)
  • 2 in-person and 1 virtual global seminar
  • Rotations in core HR domains including HR generalist, employee relations, compensation and benefits, staffing, or organizational design
  • Opportunity for international experience, cross-business, and cross-functional experience
  • 1 week Leadership training at GE’s Crotonville Learning Campus
  • Continual feedback throughout the program
  • Learning curriculum of classroom and virtual sessions
  • Senior leadership exposure
  • Part of a strong global community
