In GE's Human Resources Leadership Program (HRLP), people gain real-world business experience, contributing to GE businesses and getting in line for HR leadership roles across the company. The program is a combination of GE’s renowned leadership development, and our belief that people and HR give us our competitive advantage.

Given GE’s vast global presence, the demands of business provide opportunities for HRLP participants to complete international rotations. In the last year, participants completed international assignments in Brazil, China, South Africa, the United Kingdom, the United Arab Emirates (Dubai), the United States, and Vietnam.

Sales and marketing

The Experienced Commercial Leadership Program (ECLP) prepares MBA graduates and experienced professionals for GE leadership roles in marketing and sales. The two-year rotational program offers opportunities for individuals to drive growth within a business, receive world-class commercial and leadership training, and be part of a global network of marketing and sales leaders. The ECLP program, which began in 2002 as part of our Chairman's commitment to grow GE's commercial pipeline, aims to position GE as the "gold standard in marketing.”

ECLP participants are hired into one of GE's core businesses, including GE Energy Management, GE Oil & Gas, GE Power & Water, GE Aviation, GE Healthcare, GE Transportation, GE Capital, GE Global Growth & Operations (GGO) and GE Home & Business Solutions.
