The facility, which includes a chemical blending and manufacturing facility, houses technical expertise for the design and engineering of water solutions.

On a megawatt-per-hour basis, the highly efficient 9F-7 gas turbine for the FlexEfficiency 50 Combined Cycle Power Plant uses less fuel and generates less emissions than prior technologies. GE’s fleet of F-class gas turbines is the largest in the world, with a proven record of performance over more than 45 million operating hours.
GE’s LifeMax Advantage portfolio enables companies to maximize the efficiency of their gas turbines. At Dubai Aluminum’s (DUBAL) massive smelter, GE upgraded one of the plant’s existing gas turbines with the Advanced Gas Path solution, resulting in the generation of an additional 5.88 megawatts of electrical power and improved fuel efficiency of about 1.5 percent.
GE’s FlexEfficiency Advantage (FEA) delivers a suite of hardware and software blended solutions that improve the full performance of GE’s F-Class gas turbine assets. These solutions improve plant operations for clients such as DUBAL by extending the lifecycle operation of their power-generation turbines.
GE’s advanced wastewater treatment solutions can remove selenium, coagulants and flocculants and control odor, even in mobile water treatment environments.
