Powder Specifications

The table below presents GE Additive's validated materials/alloys that can be used on our different additive machines, based the machine safety ratings and the specific material reactivity linked to the specification used to control powder properties.

GE Additive does not recommend to use powders that could present different properties than the ones validated and presented below, unless a comprehensive risk analysis has been conducted. Powder properties have a direct influence on their hazard characteristics and handling procedures.
