Jérôme Pécresse is President and CEO of GE Renewable Energy, as of November 2015. In this role, he is responsible for leading the broadest renewable energy portfolio in the industry, including on-shore wind, off-shore wind, hydro and Wind Blades
Jérôme was appointed President of Alstom Renewable Power Sector and Executive Vice-President of Alstom, in June 2011. He created Alstom’s Renewable Power business which had close to 10,000 employees and sales of around €2 billion.
Prior to joining Alstom, Jerome worked with Crédit Suisse First Boston in 1992, as an associate, Vice-President, and Director, responsible for mergers and acquisitions for France. He also worked for Imerys for 12 years as Vice-President Strategy and Development, Chief Finance Officer and then as Chief Operating Officer.
Jérôme is a former student of the Ecole Polytechnique and an engineer from Ponts & Chaussées.
