  • Specialized training either on-site or online, or more formalized classes at our corporate university campus that last from one day to three weeks.
  • 360-Degree Feedback program, in which your teammates, peers and customers provide you with feedback on all aspects of your performance.
  • Session C: Once a year, you'll meet individually with your manager to discuss your accomplishments, your strengths and the areas you could improve. And if it stopped there, it would be a typical performance review. But with Session C, we'll also cover your career plans and your career dreams (even ones that go beyond GE Global Research).
