| Christopher Hedge and Magnetic
Poets are a multimedia performance group that feature visuals
as a musical instrument. Their use of high technology and their
musicianship allows them to capture the "zeitgeist" of the moment
and turn it into a shared experience with their audience. |

| Together with guest artists, both
live and via the internet, Christopher Hedge and Magnetic Poets
will be performing on behalf of GE a global collaboration of artists
from around the world. The event will be performed every night
in Piazza Solferino prior to the medal ceremonies (in nearby Piazza
Castello) from GE's Ice Plaza. The One project is GE's experience
centre piece for the Torino 2006 Olympic Winter Games and will
provide the opportunity for world artists to express the Olympic
Spirit and speak for themselves. |
