Take 4 weeks holiday & get 5
GE wants employees to take their holiday, it is all about work life balance, so much so that if you take your 4 weeks, in some GE businesses you can ask to take another week within a 12 month timeframe! This option is available to exempt staff (those staff not eligible to receive overtime).
