NORWALK, Conn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 28, 2005--GE Commercial Finance Corporate Lending today announced that Sean A. Epp has been appointed Vice President of Originations. Based in Corporate Lending's Minneapolis office, he will serve the Iowa, Nebraska, North Dakota, South Dakota, Montana and Wyoming markets. He will report to Douglas Vitek, Senior Vice President and Team Leader, Central Region, Corporate Lending.
Mr. Epp has more than ten years of financial experience, most recently serving as Principal of Headwaters Capital, a financial advisory and consulting firm that provides service to smaller middle-market businesses. He has also held executive positions with Tonka Bay Equity Partners, BancAmerica Securities, Global Special Situations Group and Bank of America Illinois.
