GEは、米国と日本の両政府が二国間の事前協議で、日本の環太平洋パートナーシップ（TPP）協定への交渉参加に合意したことを歓迎します。これは該当地域の貿易自由化に向けて、重要な一歩となります。私どもは、合意手続きが速やかに完了し、米国と日本およびアジア太平洋地区における経済協力の環境が強化されることを期待します。


FAIRFIELD, CT. - April 12, 2013 - GE congratulates the governments of the United States and Japan for successfully concluding the bilateral consultation process, reaching agreement for Japan to join the Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP) negotiations. This is an important milestone for regional trade liberalization. We look forward to both an expedited completion of this agreement and a strengthened environment for economic cooperation in the US, Japan and across Asia Pacific.
