Customer Support Centre
Our Remote Monitoring and Diagnostics centres in Schenectady, USA and Salzbergen, Germany are staffed by highly trained wind technicians who provide support for our installed fleet of wind turbines around the world 365 days a year. The customer support centres are able to quickly perform remote resets for more than 250 types of turbine fault. GE's on-call qualified technology experts provide one of the most effective ways to continuously monitor customer wind assets and reset faults.
Operations And Maintenance Support
Driven by a highly skilled workforce and the operating knowledge gleaned from a global 1.5 MW turbine fleet, GE offers a wide range of services tailored to the operation and maintenance needs of our Indian customers' wind assets. Our offerings include remote monitoring and fault resets, on-site personnel for manual resets, proactive fleet availability analysis and availability guarantees.
Parts Offerings
GE provides its Indian customers a full range of offerings for all types of parts needs, including routine maintenance kits, consumables, flow parts and key capital parts like gearboxes and blades.
Upgrades
GE leverages continuous improvements in technology to benefit existing installed wind turbines. Various upgrades are available, including those to improve energy availability and reliability. GE also provides customized upgrades and those for grid code compliance.
Full Service Agreement
Customers who purchase the Full Service Agreement receive a full range of maintenance and labor coverage to minimize the risk of costly repairs and help customers make the most out of their investments. New technologies such as condition-based monitoring also help prevent any unplanned catastrophic failures, which also reduces the overall lifecycle cost.
