GE's expertise in membrane technology, process engineering and treatment chemicals combined with Global experience of plant operations help Customers in achieving plant performance suited to their needs.
GE Water's & Process Technologies Aftermarket Services offerings are designed to serve diverse Customer requirements:
- Operations and Maintenance: Under the O&M model, GE assumes complete ownership of production quality and quantity, consumables and spares in a comprehensive manner. GE also undertakes planned maintenance to ensure long-term health of membranes and other plant equipment.
- Operations and Maintenance - Light: The O&M-L model is suited for initial phase of plant operations or for dispersed small plants where a trained GE representative provides advisory and oversight services. The ownership of O&M eventually transfers to the Customer / outsourced Team with GE undertaking periodic checks.
- Annual Maintenance Services: Under AMS model, GE's trained Service Engineers visit the installations on a periodic basis to audit performance and recommend improvements to process and operation.
- Remote Monitoring & Diagnostics: With GE's RM&D technology, trained Engineers monitor plant performance on a continuous basis and give feedback to Customers on process improvement and preventive maintenance. GE supports Customers' operating Teams on troubleshooting and issue resolution with the knowledge of RM&D information.
- Spares: GE recommends standard set of maintenance spares for its plants. Spares are supplied either separately or could made a part of O&M Services.
