As the CEO, for GE Energy, India Region, Kishore is responsible for driving business strategy, vision, strategic client relationships and growth of the energy business.
Kishore’s focus over the years has included corporate strategy, business partnerships and driving talent. He joined GE in 1989 as a Process Automation Design Engineer. Kishore has held multiple roles in Technology, Project management, Commercial operations and Field sales prior to being the region executive of India. During his 19 years in GE, Kishore has grown GE businesses globally and has relocated to the Taiwan, Philippines, Turkey and the Netherlands taking care of the business interests of GE prior to relocating to India with his family.
Kishore Jayaraman was born in Chennai, India. He attended the Bangalore Institute of Technology and graduated with a B.S degree in Mechanical Engineering following which he went to Oklahoma State University and graduated with a M.S. degree in mechanical engineering. He also holds a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Georgia, Athens.
