Providing exposure through leadership interactions and roundtables, job shadowing and experience sharing, GE's Women’s Network is a great platform to connect, learn and grow.

Healthy Work-Life Balance
GE promotes an inclusive culture that supports the needs of employees with family responsibilities through flexible work arrangements and the infrastructure necessary for providing work flexibility.
Further, to ensure a productive environment for new and expectant mothers, we have policies and initiatives such as dedicated or shared day care centres, mother’s resting rooms in offices, safer transportation, and even easier car parking for expectant women.

RESTART
RESTART is an initiative that helps women professionals, especially those with rare or specialized skills, who may have taken a break in their careers due to personal reasons, to restart their professional lives by coming back to a mainstream career.
HealthAhead
GE’s commitment to make the world a healthier place starts within the four walls of our company with the HealthAhead program. The program is focused on building a culture of health by providing employees and their families the awareness they need to get and stay healthy. The program focuses on special educational sessions on women’s health by experts and doctors.
