Handry has been with GE since 1997, when he joined as Business Development Manager for GE Indonesia, then moved to GE Lighting Sales organization before being promoted to lead the Industrial Lighting and Systems business in Indonesia. He took up the opportunity to do a Black Belt role with Power Systems, South Asia and then expanded to cover ACFC (At Customer for Customer) at Asia level. Prior to this position, he was the Power Generation Sales Director for Indonesia, Vietnam, and Philippines. Handry holds Doctorate degree in Strategic Management from University of Indonesia with dissertation in "Examining Followers' influence to Leaders' Performance: A Reverse Pygmalion Study”. He also holds a Master in International Business from Monash University of Australia and Indonesia Institute of Management Development of Indonesia, as well as a Bachelor in Industrial Engineering Technology from Bogor Agricultural Institute of Indonesia.
