    develop all academic and hands-on training materials for both engine models,

    create plans to make facility modifications,

    find and order all necessary engine and shop tooling,
  6. Paul Bryan:
    and create budgetary plans.

    It was busy, but in doing so,

    I've created a great rapport
  9. Paul Bryan:
    with the Boeing and GE Engineering Groups,
  10. Paul Bryan:
    our Engineering and Maintenance Service Groups,
  11. Paul Bryan:
    and we've created a state-of-the-art training program
  12. Paul Bryan:
    within our Education Center.
  13. Paul Bryan:
    I guess the presentation of this training is the primary reward for me.
  14. Paul Bryan:
    I love the interface with our Customer Maintenance Groups.
  15. Paul Bryan:
    It's simple--they teach me as I teach them.
