Please perform the below steps (steps may differ based on browser)
- Close all the browser windows
- Open a new browser.
- Click on "Tools" and then Click on "Internet Options"
- Under "General" tab you will see Browsing History there Click on Delete button
- Check the check boxes of “temporary Internet files”, “Cookies” and “History” and then click on Delete
- Click OK and OK again
- Close the browser and open a new window and then re-try
You may also go to File > New Session or Tools > InPrivate Browsing or try another browser (eg:Firefox, google chrome etc.)
