What were you doing before joining GE?

I joined the Executive Trainee Program of GE Capital Hungary after my graduation. During my university studies I worked as an intern at one of the biggest telecommunication companies in Hungary.

Why did you decide to join GE?

GE is one of the most recognized and widely known companies in the world. Starting my career as a fresh graduate at GE offers me great opportunities to learn, network and excel.

What are you working on?

After finishing the trainee program (Consumer Sales, Corporate Sales, Collections, Risk Management), I decided to join the Corporate Banking division. I am currently managing and financing a portfolio of clients from the SME segment. I work closely with other departments, such as Risk Management and Treasury.

What has been most rewarding about your GE experience?

The Executive Trainee Program is corporate sales oriented with the aim to train consultative bankers for the future. It consists of four rotations in various divisions, responsible and challenging roles from the first day at work and mentoring by senior managers. There are practical training sessions in every rotation, such as the Foundations of GE Leadership or the Change Acceleration Process (CAP). There are a wide range of opportunities for networking, within your own business and other GE businesses. Investing in employees is a priority at GE. If you really want to excel, there are a lot of opportunities here.
