[[Chris Aslam] When he came to this country, he didn't have any money.]
[He had a friend that told him that they were hiring at the local Jack in the Box restaurant,]
[so he went and applied, got the job as graveyard employee.]
[[J. Aslam] Very first day I went, although I had a very hard night,]
[in the morning I knew I'm going to buy a franchise. [Javed Aslam]]
[I worked hard towards it and didn't give up my goal]
[and finally ended up buying in 1988.]
[Recently in 2005, I became a franchisee myself,]
[and I built a couple of stores on my own.]
[I'm a director of operations/franchisee.]
[[Yasin Choudry] I wanted to be a franchisee and they wanted to grow,]
[so it was just the right mix.]
[[♪♪] [Javed, Chris, and Yasin formed a company to purchase 14 more stores]]
[We went to several banks to purchase this new acquisition of 14 restaurants.]
[GE took interest in us, listened to us, they looked at our business model.]
[They really, really stepped up to the plate]
[and worked with us every step of the way.]
[GE understands the restaurant business, so they're able to act very quickly]
[We currently have right at about 550 employees.]
[We're building several more stores, some that are already in the works,]
[GE has approved, and we actually hope to have the next store open]
[I'm very proud of where I've gotten, and where my son has gotten.]
[We're excited about things with GE, and the sky is the limit where we can go from here.]
