[If you walk in the room back there, you're going to see a lot of excitement.]
[You're going to see people celebrating small victories. ]
[They've got smiles on their faces. ]
[That is truly the secret sauce--the collaboration and the teamwork that's going on. ]
[There's a lot of pride in what's getting ready to happen in this building. ]
[We had never built a water heater before, ]
[so this product was truly grown from the ground up. ]
[Every component and part was scrutinized for its value. ]
[We're able to now offer a wonderful product]
[that may not have come to life had it not been for]
[I think that great things will continue to come, ]
[and we will see Appliance Park around for another 50 years. ]
