[[man speaking on walkie-talkie] Okay. Get me straightened up into the lane]
[that I'm coming into right now and then let's run back straight forward.]
[You've got plenty of room. Keep going. [man on walkie-talkie] Okay.]
[It's day 19 of our road trip. [Vivek Kemp - GE Reporter at Large/Multimedia Producer]]
[As you can tell, it's a little windy.]
[In fact, every single place we've gone to it's been a little bit windy.]
[We're in Louisville, Kentucky.]
[We've learned along the way that's "Lou-ville," not "Louie-ville, "]
[not "Louis-ville," "Lou-ville."]
[We're at the GE Appliance Park here, which is one of the state's largest employers.]
[Come sign the blade. Come sign a wind blade. >>Thank you.]
[One of the interesting things about being at GE Appliance Park]
[is that many of the employees here have no ties to wind energy.]
[I didn't know they were this big, this large. [Servando Garcia - GE]]
[They're very big, right? 131 feet. You don't really realize until you stand right next to it.]
[[Garcia] Yeah. I think that it's great to know that our company]
[is taking advantage of such a great opportunity.]
[Come on and get your shirt. We've got larges and smalls.]
[[Patrick Galbreath - GE] It's nice to have a company that does so many broad]
[It's kind of a neat thing to tell people I've been there, done that,]
[I have a part of that, I touched it.]
[Do you call it "Louis-ville," "Louie-ville," or "Lou-ville?" ]
["Lou-ville" is the proper way I was told, so that's the way I call it.]
[[GE - imagination at work] >>[Kemp] Thanks for talking to me.]
