[[Omar] One of my favorite parts of working for GE]
[is that you get a chance to really work with teams that are based]
[[Charles] It's easy to be diverse in Europe. ]
[We have a thousand nationalities.]
[We have what we call ecomagination, which is a big initiative for us. ]
[[Isabelle, GE Energy Recruiting Manager] We're environmental friendly and we're out ]
[there to make a greener world. ]
[ [ecomagination GE Energy Challenge][Charles] The ecomagination ]
[challenge is a competition we've organized with engineering schools]
[asking them to make their companies greener.]
[[Omar] The goal here is to prepare a business plan which will include]
[three main dimensions, which is ecology, imagination, and economy. ]
[The reward will be 25,000 euros ]
[for the school that proposes the best project.]
[We're really happy to know that we are part of the solution]
[to moving into a greener environment. ]
[[Isabelle] GE Europe has a bright future. ]
[I truly believe it and that's the reason why I'm here for it.]
