[is that we changed the way that we look at this region. ]

[There's an energy to this region that's just unparalleled. ]
[Four years ago we were 1,200 people here. ]
[Today, 4 years later, we have 3,600 people. ]

[growth regions and one of the regions where GE enjoys the best profits. ]

[else in the world right now. ]
[There's needs for healthcare, transportation, financial services.]
[[Narrator] So the match between this region and GE is great.]
[I think there's just going to be tremendous career opportunities]
[to be part of a growing company.]
