[I've worked in many companies, but none]
[of them could fufill one need that I had, which is growth. ]
[I was looking at what company can support me]
[and advance me in my career so I can reach a leadership position.]
[I decided to dedicate 2 years ]
[GE business--the different businesses in GE--and to ]
[build up my growth rates for leadership for the future.]
[Most companies look mainly at]
[what you can give to the business, but they don't look ]
[back on what they give to you. ]
[GE offers you this opportunity that you are going to dedicate]
[yourself to the business, but GE is going to offer you back a lot in return.]
[It is actually better than being a doctor ]
[because think about how many lives]
[I would save if I'm a doctor compared to how many]
[lives I would save if I worked for GE. ]
[We save 3000 lives every day. ]
[So it's obvious, the math is obvious. ]
[And I get to do something that I love and I like, as well.]
[ECLP is a highly ambitious group,]
[and we are recruited because of our ambition and because of our]
[And being exposed to senior leaders--that simply is telling us that]
[Yes, we're looking at you as the future leaders of this organization. ]
[And for me, getting exposed to senior leaders--that's]
[I wouldn't have this opportunity at another place. ]
[We have to network in this age to be able to ]
[communicate and share knowledge and share expertise because ]
[no one can do it on his own.]
[And being in such a diverse class, between different ]
[countries, between different poles, different backgrounds, and ]
[different business, all of us share one mission]
[in common--that we are the future leader of this organization]
