[What you can achieve in 6 months is very tight.]
[And this is very challenging because you get in there, you have to prove yourself]
[fast, you get to know people fast, develop your network,]
[and then you start conducting the work and then deliver within ]
[that time frame, as well, so it is very challenging. ]
[But I think the benefit is that it makes you work that way. ]
[The biggest development for me was on]
[interfacing with customers, being able to, ]
[again, do the market assessement, establish ]
[the situation, and then go and connect with outside customers directly. ]
[That kind of getting the voice of customers,]
[setting the value proportions to the customers, ]
[and then establishing the business opportunities]
[was a true running opportunity. ]
[The hardest thing is probably--]
[this changes every 6 months--]
[is very difficult, because you don't have time to get comfortable, really,]
[and you know the time pressure. ]
[So the time pressure is always there. ]
[It's the hardest thing, but it's the most exciting element, as well, so it's kind of both. ]
[Of course there are elements which you have cocompetencies, ]
[but there are elements in which you don't have cocompetencies. ]
[So, within 6 months you have to learn the areas which]
[you don't know and then deliver within that time. ]
[If I think back to every single rotation, there was ]
[no rotation where I was 100 percent capable. ]
[Each rotation was challenging and there was ]
[always an element which pushed me beyond my comfort zone. ]
[There was a learning experience in each of the rotations. ]
[Overall, it made me a way more comfortable person and a confindent person. ]
[And I think that comes from working in different]
[regions and also applying the kind of knowledge I had received ]
[in business school directly to those situations and running through it.]
[And also, we talked about exposure]
[and getting that kind of exposure and then getting]
[approval from these high-level leaders gives me, certainly, a confidence. ]
[So these are the people who I respect, and then to be told I'm doing great]
[by them, it certainly added to my confidence. ]
[I appreciate the vision and the value]
[and the people within the organization.]
[It's a very interesting organization in the sense that ]
[it's very large, but when you see the common values people have]
[inside the organization, it is very close. ]
[They're all very hard-working people.]
[There are many people who are passionate about delivering things.]
[They are not just there to get paid and go home. ]
[The program is designed in such a way that there are]
[structures, and there are these 4 rotations, but within these rotations]
[you're really given complete freedom, so it's really what you make]
[out of it throughout these programs. ]
[You think it's a big organization, there must be lots of bureaucracy ]
[and slow-moving, etc., but it's actually very ]
[entrepreneurial, so if you have a great idea and you have a good]
[business case, again, you're free to go and deliver. ]
[That has been a very different from my perception]
[of this company and the perception of the ECLP.]
[I think ECLP is a great opportunity to ]
[really apply what you have learned in business school in a real environment. ]
