[What is the IMLP program? [Richard - IMLP]]
[Well, it consists of four six-month rotations across Europe,]
[and for each of these rotations, ]
[you'll have the chance to work with different businesses in different roles.]
[Some of these roles include project management, business intelligence, ]
[wing-to-wing process improvement, and many, many more.]
[[Lydie - IT Leader IMLP Graduate] The IMLP program will enable you to create ]
[a global network across the different GE businesses, functions and countries.]
[You will be able to gain exposure from your peers and senior managers and executives.]
[As well, you will be able to put emphasis on participating within GE's numerous ]
[committees to foster inclusiveness, ]
[and networking is also encouraged outside the work place.]
[[Miguel - IT Leader - IMLP Graduate] At the IMLP program I've received ]
[world-class training and real world responsibility from day one.]
[I had the chance develop highly advanced IT project management skills,]
[understand how a multi-billion dollar business operates from the inside,]
[and the role played by the information systems in it, ]
[polish my communication skills to work with people from five continents, ]
[all the while receiving tailor-made mentoring to help me shape my career.]
[During the two years in the program you really get to see your strengths,]
[and that way you can decide which path makes more sense for you.]
[[Eulogio - IMLP] GE invests about $1 billion every year ]
[on training and education programs--IMLPs.]
[I started the program by spending four weeks in Michigan,]
[then more training came in Munich and Shanghai, covering technical and soft skills,]
[helping us to drive our own career to become the next information management leaders.]
[And if that is not enough, you can always request extra training if you want it.]
[[Renaud - IMLP] The IMLP program gives the opportunity to develop your team spirit]
[and inclusiveness inside and outside the work place.]
[Organizing social events to support the community and reinforce the link ]
[between us is an important part of the program.]
