[The most meaningful rotation for me was]
[GE Transportation in South Africa. ]
[I had the opportunity of managing]
[I closed the first signaling deal in South Africa ]
[for our business for one and half million dollars.]
[My most meaningful rotation was working in rural ]
[The focus was how to take the products]
[and services that GE Water did and translate that ]
[into a product and service that can be used and consumed by people in India. ]
[ECLPs participate in 6 weeks of ]
[intensive marketing, sales, and leadership training,]
[learning in a diversified global network]
[One of the most fun aspects of training was the sales training about]
[creating client value and negotiations]
[and really understanding how to get into somebody's head and understand what]
[they wanted so we can solve their needs.]

[and learn about the different GE businesses and meet new people. ]
[People from China, people from all parts of Europe, Africa, India, ]
[South America, everyone in that room ]
[has a different perspective that you can learn from. ]
