[Hi. My name is Scott Wintel, and I work in CES within the employee services group.]
[I have over 18 years of experience in information technology. ]
[Some of my areas of expertise include PeopleSoft, Java,]
[Web services, and Web technologies. ]
[I use some technologies such as Web services ]
[to better integrate PeopleSoft with other systems, ]
[and I get to look at new technologies that will help the employee services group]
[meet their goals of tomorrow. ]
[And another wonderful aspect is I get a chance to add some Web technologies]
[that help make the user experience a better one today. ]
[Working at GE is incredible. ]
[They offer any challenge you can imagine and the chance to work]
[with some of the brightest people in the industry. ]
[And, at the top of it, working in Michigan at the AMSTC; one of the main goals]
[of the center is take collaboration to new heights. ]
[When I'm not working at GE, I like to do video and special effects, like this one.]

[And when I really need a hand, I can always clone myself. ]
[You need to finish the documentation for the project by Friday. ]

[and exceed management and customer expectations. ]
