[I'm working as an associate on the risk acquisition team, here in Paris,]
[for GE Real Estate, and this is where I work.]
[I'm currently in the Risk Management Leadership Program.]
[This program is two years long, like two one-year rotations.]
[My name is Sarah. [Sarah - Hardware Integration and and Product Structure Leader]]
[I'm working for GE Healthcare as a hardware integration and product structure leader.]
[I love working for GE Healthcare because it's so exciting.]
[I'm working with the suppliers and the manufacturing in order to develop]
[a new platform for the customers.]
[[Raphael] I'm coming in the morning around 9:30.]
[Then I'm just looking at my mail, having some meetings with other teams, ]
[working on my own on some real estate market issues.]
[I'm working on the risk side but also on the acquisition side finding new partners, ]
[joint ventures, investment management and due diligence for these kinds of transactions. ]
[The most exciting part of my job is that often you have to deliver some kind of ]
[financial or risk analysis in a very short time frame.]
[That's the challenge and that's what is interesting.]
[[Sarah] It's really exciting to start a prototype and then go step-by-step]
[and realize that it's fully working and being used by customers]
[who can treat or diagnose early diseases.]
[[Raphael] I really like the meritocracy part of GE.]
[I mean, if you are doing a good job you will get more responsibility.]
[[Sarah] GE is very supportive of creating development.]
[[Raphael] Every year, or maybe twice a year, ]
[you will get a meeting with your manager to assess your performance.]
[You will decide with your manager where you want to go and how you want to go there.]
[[Sarah] I think participating in various training for personal development, ]
[I think it's helped me become a better leader.]
[[Raphael] I'm happy in my team so I want to stay here, ]
[but maybe in the future, why not try and join another business of GE?]
[Because it's a large company and that's what is interesting as well.]
