[I am based here in Paris, and I'm doing]

[so I've got lots of colleagues that are in U.S., India, China, Mexico. ]

[I've been with GE for three years and a half.]
[The FMP is a Finance Management Program. ]
[You have the great opportunity to discover]
[four different finance positions. [Sandra, Financial Management Program]]
[I started in GE Healthcare located in France,]
[then I completely changed and I did a swap rotation]
[from GE Healthcare to NBC Universal in London. ]
[Finance is a very key function within this global]
[I am currently in my fourth rotation in the GE Healthcare FMP.]
[[Jeremy, Financial Management Program] I did a couple of rotations in Financial]
[Planning Analysis, then in Commercial Finance I am responsible for basically]
[pricing the deals for our automotive dealers. ]
[We need to make sure that this loan is profitable. ]
[I am a mechanical engineer in the Edison Engineering Department Program. ]
[I'm working in the GE Oil & Gas Le Creusot site.]
[I'm working in the Steam Turbine Department.]
[I am helping them to create new methodology. ]
[[Stephanie, Edison Engineering Development Program] I'm trying to make it more efficient]
[I'm working for GE Oil & Gas as an Operational]
[Management Leadership Program. ]
[[Pierre, Operations Managment Leadership Program] My main job is to evaluate and to]
[qualify suppliers that are dedicated to manufacturing. ]
[I am a part of a team, so I'm working with expediters and buyers]
[and people in charge of the quality, too. ]
[GE provides me a lot of different training.]
[Within GE, you have to deliver. ]
[I like working for GE because you get to work with great people and great assignments. ]
[The best thing is I'm learning so many things over time, every day.]
