[[Li] We are machining and fabricating some parts for other businesses in GE]
[The most exciting part of my job is ]
[you can work with different people from different functions.]
[[Cindy] I've learned a lot since I joined the company.]
[It's not just about work; it's fun!]
[[Li] For me, the job is a little bit challenging, but that's the thing I really like]
[because after some time you will find you have built a kind of solid foundation]
[and you become more competitive.]
[[Cindy] I would recommend this program as long as you can deliver ]
