[I'm the regional general manager for Energy Services, [Xu - Regional GM Energy Services]]
[covering China and Hong Kong.]
[My goal is to help my customer to learn their equipment more reliably and efficiently.]
[[Joy] I come in at 9:30 and work around different meetings, ]
[and I work with the team on some project details,]
[and I usually take on a conference call at night.]
[Probably 20% of my time is travelling into the partner places as well as the customer sites.]
[[Xu] My responsibility is to work with the team, ]
[set the right strategy and then allocate the resources to implement those strategies.]
[When I see a happy customer, when I see my team grow, ]
[that's the biggest satisfaction I can ever see.]
