[My wife is a professional herself.]
[She's very supportive as far as my career goes.]
[It's a mutual thing, so we can manage. ]
[We have a lot of family support in India, so we could manage our family, our kids. ]
[As long as it's working for me she's happy with it. ]
[And she's busy too, so she's doing her thing.]
[She's got a lot of work on her plate already. ]
[But the program has just given me a completely new perspective about ]
[All of us salesmen think that sales is an art]
[and it's the art of talking and convincing people. ]
[But GE and this ECLP program has taught me about]
[the science behind that art and I really appreciate it and value it and]
[I think I'm going to be a better sales guy when I get back.]
[At least I'll know what to do and what not to do.]
[I'll be able to align and maximize myself better than what ]
[I was doing before I took up the program.]
[It's a big, inclusive group of people from all geographies, ]
[religions, creeds, people I would never ]
[have met otherwise in my life. ]
[And it maybe increases our tolerance towards people.]
[You have to talk to different people.]
[English is not necessarily the common language here. ]
[There are some people who converse well, people who don't. ]
[You start being tolerant towards them. ]
[People from diverse cultures, diverse ethnicities, it's amazing.]
[It's an amazing experience, if you ask me. ]
[This is the best of the best,]
[so you have competent people, you have a lot of pressure, but I]
[think this is a mature group. ]
[This is an experienced commercial leadership program. ]
[Everybody here knows why they are here,]
[they know what they are doing, so there is competition, which is good. ]
[You need to be competitive to bring out the best in you. ]
[But I think it's a great group of people, very inclusive, very diverse. ]
[It's all about performance. ]
[This is just the beginning. ]
[They are getting us ready for the big things]
[And for me, this is like a stepping stone, where]
