[We've been here for over a hundred years. ]
[As you go through the buildings, when you see all these employees]
[working on this locomotive, you can just see ]
[that it's generation after generation.]
[A lot of these employees--their fathers worked here, their grandfathers worked here. ]
[They passed that knowledge down.]
[You can see a real history in the making.]
[I'm a father of two young boys--13 and 9--and we can't drive by a train]
[without them stopping us to say, "Look at that!"]
[They're always asking, "Is that a GE locomotive?"]
