ECLP is a 2 year program that began as an initiative of our Chairman, Jeff Immelt. It was first launched in the US in 2002 and, since its subsequent launch in Australia in 2009, has rapidly grown with strong backing from our executive team. ECLP is focused on building sales, marketing, leadership and strategic skills in geographically diverse locations across Australia and New Zealand.

. The program includes: ·

Three high-impact eight-month assignments in a GE sub- business
A comprehensive four week (minimum) in-residence global training curriculum over the course of two years
Completion of two commercial excellence projects designed to foster senior leadership engagement and build additional commercially relevant skills
Opportunity to participate in, and lead, community engagement programs through volunteer programs
Exposure to senior leaders and other ECLPs around the world via conferences, committee work and project participation

ECLPs have historically been hired into key GE businesses such as: Energy, Transportation, Oil and Gas and Capital. As the program expands, ECLPs will be placed into these and other GE businesses.
