The program’s goal is to create a new generation of business and commercial leaders who will be able to face challenges and win for GE in the 21st century.

 The CLP Program provides:

 • 4 x 6 month rotation assignments
 • GE leadership training
• Regular opportunities to present to, and interact with, senior stakeholders
 • Exclusive roundtable events with GE's worldwide business leaders
 • Mid-rotation and end-of-rotation appraisals
• Job shadow program
• Semi-annual salary increases based on performance

What we are looking for:
• Bachelor degree in engineering, technical, or business backgrounds
• Must hold the appropriate entitlements to work in Australia
• Prior summer vacation, intern, co-op, cadet or work experience in a related field is preferred
• Geographic mobility in accepting rotational assignments
• Roles commence in July 2013
