Ms. Lazarus is a graduate of Smith College, and holds an MBA from Columbia University. She began her O&M career in account service, before moving to direct marketing where she became President of O&M Direct U.S. Following her tenure in direct, she moved in 1991 to O&M New York, and then O&M North America. She moved on to the position of Chief Operating Officer of O&M Worldwide and subsequently Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of O&M Worldwide in 1996. She is a member of the Board of Directors of a number of industry, business and academic institutions (Ann Taylor Stores, New York Presbyterian Hospital, the World Wildlife Fund and TIAA-CREF), serves as Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Smith College, and is immediate-past Chairman of the American Association of Advertising Agencies.
